DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Responsible to lead and manage effective business development resource to maximize revenue from device existing partnership arrangements, non-telco partner, online & bank channel. To work closely with the device partnership team to develop new partnership schemes & opportunity as well as maintain device product bundling portfolio, online sales and performance.
- Develop strong and innovative product bundling roadmap with Product Core Proposition to increase GA and Revenue through bundling.
- Create strategic improvement for device bundling system and journey to increase subs penetration in the base.
- Maintain a good partnership with partners to create extensive cooperation and collaboration with non telco partners & channel partners (online, offline and bank).
- Managing & operating device bundling collaboration program with non telco partner & create GTM program along with device bundling program through special program in partners network level for new acquisition and conversion
- Managing sustenance device bundling program visibility campaign with marketing team.
- Lead & operate new technology implementation along with Technology team and principle technical support.
- Work closely with principle, technology team & others related partner in the initial implementation, testing and ensuring the configuration to be implemented in the existing product & next device launch.
- Monitor device bundling performance, online sales performance, initiative with bank and leverage analytical function for strategical and tactical business decision.
- Ensure reporting activities within certain timeline and requirement standard.
- Provide analysis of existing bundling campaign results as we as recommendations for developing the next strategy.

- To lead and manage special task projects given by People Manager and or Group SPV that related to group project or corporate project
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major (IT/Telecommunication would be advantage)
- Minimum 3 years experience in managerial level, preferably who have experience in device business/retail business/online business/telecommunication.
- Strong in device technology and technical knowledge as we as for new technology implementation.
- Ability to develop Go to Market strategy & business case.
- Experience in Performance, analytics, and reporting.
- Having a background in product development would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of device business and technology.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Having excellent communication & interpersonal relationships.
- Having excellent skills in problem solving, communication, teamwork, analytical and troubleshooting & investigation
- Effective communication skills for writing reports performance, proposals and making presentations as well as project report.
- Strong negotiator to extend strategic partnership to distribution level & value-added program.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
