DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Data Center Staff is responsible for the operational, administrative, technical, and project orientated duties related to Bank’s Data Center and telecommunications areas. The Data Center Staff provides operational support for systems hardware. He/She identifies, isolates, and resolves problems working in conjunction with the technical support staff to implement immediate resolutions to more critical problems. Monitors and manages systems consoles for the following: problems, systems availability, production scheduling and control, reports distribution, service level support, administration and controls, equipment operation, backup recovery, and procedural documentation.

Job Duties :

  • Monitors and maintains data center health.
  • Works with business units to implement ancillary mainframe banking applications.
  • Implements and administers backup and recovery hardware and software for mainframe and networked devices. Performs server and file restorations as necessary.
  • Troubleshoots basic network infrastructure functionality and quality issues.
  • Configures and deploys network devices according to standard IT and vendor-specific best-practices.
  • Assists in managing multiple data center related projects and everyday Data Center activities to support Bank client
  • Back up and provide support for Bank activities and problem solving especially during off working hours

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor’s degree, major in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Data Center operations, preferably in Banking (Preferably)
  • Hands on Linux and/or Windows administration experience
  • Expert proficiency with DCIM tools
  • Having knowledge about COB, Extract data, Backup Restore, Process and Report Core Banking.
  • Having basic knowledge of hardware server.
  • Having knowledge about troubleshoot Core Banking application and database.
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Ready to work in Shift working hours in Ancol area
