Qualification :
- Minimum D3 any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Experience minimum 1 year in Call Center Inbound, Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Fluent in English both of Written and Speaking
- Communicative
- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
- Willing to place in SEMARANG CITY
Responsible :
- Answering an Incoming Calls and Respond Email
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Phone, Email and Social Media
- Provide Customer’s about Product and Service Information
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- Documenting All Call Infomation According to Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete All Call Logs
- Updating customers profile into computer
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.
