Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Listing Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for curating and presenting our portfolio of Bali villas to potential buyers and investors. You will collaborate closely with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful marketing and sale of our exclusive properties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to determine optimal listing prices for Bali villas based on current market trends, property features, and location.
- Collaborate with property owners and developers to gather accurate and detailed property information, including high-quality photographs and captivating property descriptions.
- Create and maintain visually appealing and informative property listings on our website and various real estate platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Connect with local real estate professionals to increase the portfolio of villas offered.
- Communicate efficiently with our IT team for the listing of these properties.
- Stay informed about local and international real estate market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues, including sales agents and marketing professionals, to promote properties effectively and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions, and market data in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a real estate listing agent, preferably in the Bali market or a similar luxury property market.
- Excellent knowledge of the Bali real estate market, property values, and neighborhoods.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in photography and visually appealing property listings.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online marketing and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
