DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
We are looking for a School Director extremely driven and experienced to join our team. The school director develops and implements programs in coordination with the educational and leadership teams. He/she must possess a blend of leadership skills, financial acumen, and understanding of educational operations.
Key Responsible :
- Responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the school.
- To provide professional leadership and management within the school with secure high quality learning and teaching.
- To manage the initiation and completion of programs in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications :
- 5 – 10 years of experience with a focus on operational roles.
- Masters degree in educational leadership, business administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in financial planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent written and spoken english communication skills.
- Professional certifications in educational management, project management, or human resources may add value.
