PT Telmark Integrasi Indonesia looking for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Staff position with requirements and responsibilities below:

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determining Selection Criteria, Hiring Profiles and Job Requirements for Vacant Positions.
  • Using Various Methods to recruiting and networking with potential candidates including social media platforms and professional networks, networking events and job fairs.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Lead and execute employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure all screening, recruitment and selection is carried out in accordance with labor laws and regulations
  • Making weekly & monthly recruitment progress report.


  • Minimum 3-years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and/or other HR functions
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Able to join ASAP
  • Willing to do WFO policy
