Accountabilities / Work Scopes :
- To Manage warehouse operation in his/ her work scope effectively and efficiently according to the plan made by the Warehouse Manager.
- To maintain the accuracy of the work assigned to his/her team.
- To monitor the progress of the work and take immediate action/correction if something goes wrong.
- To ensure the work done on-time
- To ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
- To make reguler report to the Warehouse Manager for the his/her team activities.
Knowlage & Skill Requirment :
- Knowledge in one or two operation process of the modern warehouse.
- Good coaching skill.
- Good computer skill.
- Strong Leadership.
- Fluent in Bahasa.
- Understand Basic English.
- Willing to be place in Manado
